TNG provides proven risk management solutions to institutions of higher education, K-12 schools, and workplaces.
Our work focuses on federal Title IX regulation, Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment, and Investigations. We support clients through providing professional communities (Association of Title IX Administrators, ATIXA, and National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment, NABITA), conferences, training, toolkits, consulting, investigations, and more.

Where & When You Work
We want to support the team in being happy and productive, taking into account client needs and business demands.
We offer both fully remote roles and "hybrid" arrangements for office-based roles. A hybrid role is some time in the office connecting with colleagues, and other days working at a remote location, usually home.
We also strive to offer flexible schedules, including a four-day workweek for some roles at TNG. You'll work with your supervisor to identify work hours that meet your needs and those of TNG.
