Paid Time Off

Where & When You Work

We want to support the team in being happy and productive, taking into account client needs and business demands.

We offer both fully remote roles and "hybrid" arrangements for office-based roles. A hybrid role is some time in the office connecting with colleagues, and other days working at a remote location, usually home.

We also strive to offer flexible schedules. You'll work with your supervisor to identify work hours that meet your needs and those of TNG.
